30 days, no argument

If a product doesn't do what you hoped, or doesn't fit your door, or just doesn't make you feel any safer, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition

Items should be in resalable condition with original packaging where possible. We understand that you may have opened and tried something - that's the point. We're not going to refuse a return because a box was opened.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what went wrong. We'll send return instructions the same business day.

Refunds

Processed within 5 business days of the item arriving back with us, to your original payment method.

Faulty items

If something arrives broken or fails in normal use, we cover return shipping and replace or refund immediately.

What we can't take back

Personal safety items that have been activated or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. Everything else is fair game.
