Free shipping on every order

No minimum, no thresholds, no calculating at checkout. Every order ships free within the United States.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. Some items ship from overseas warehouses, which is part of how we keep prices where they are. If something is time-critical, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet your date.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us and we'll chase it.

Lost or damaged

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need to fight us on it.
